Project Management professional experienced in managing large commercial builds, R&D Laboratories, and CLIA Certified Laboratories.  I am an authentic, energetic, and caring leader, relentlessly focused on delivering results through project management, process enhancement, and developing a data-driven approach.  As an individual, I am extremely adaptable and resourceful in my approach. These problem-solving skills have allowed me to understand an organization's unique needs while tailoring my approach to make sure every end goal is achieved.  I find extreme satisfaction in being able to take the most chaotic and inefficient organizations and turn them into smooth-running, profitable, and sustainable businesses.  The challenge is exhilarating, being able to integrate my extensive understanding of project management tools and operations has allowed me to contribute to many successful projects throughout my career.
