Providing service and facilitating action is my core ethic. Several operational roles over the years led me to the Facilities field where I expanded my experience while managing several tenant improvements including lab build-outs. Many complicated company moves, rebrands, and decommissions later, I decided to dedicate my skills and experiences to startups and smaller companies as they grow and develop. I love pulling all the pieces together, to create a space and foundation that will really function for the specific needs and culture of a company. I believe that there is no single approach that is right for any two companies and I tailor an individual approach that will ensure success. I pride myself on combining my practical experience with creative, strategic insight to leave my clients with everything needed to flourish. I have an extended network of contacts to facilitate all aspects of company operations.
